A Doctoral research
The research was part of a project on the building history of the St. Anthony Basilica in Padua, carried out at the IDB-ETH Zurich and funded by the SNSF. The activities followed the building-archaeology approach over onsite investigations, measurements, the analysis of archival material, and dendro-dating. We discovered the oldest preserved timber domes in Europe.
